Not receiving items, nor is tracking number working

I've ordered Assassin's Creed: Revelations on 11/24/2011 and on 11/28/2011 Bestbuy sent an e-mail claiming that they had shipped the item. However the tracking number they provide me is not even working and it has been 11 days. I had e-mailed customer service and it has been 3 days, I still hasn't receive any replies. I found out that a lot of peopl here have similar problems and I'm really starting to worry about my order. Can anyone tell me just where is my order right now?

I posted this yesterday and it had already sunken into like 5 page? Is this happening to everyone who ordered stuff online from bestbuy?

A lot of people don't read the email from Best Buy. Mine says:

"NOTE: If your tracking number or the package tracking results do not appear immediately when you attempt to track your package, the shipping carrier may still be processing the information."

My shipment has left Best Buy's warehouse and is with the shipper. Why the shipper hasn't processed is beyond me: maybe they are on vacation...

Regarding your question about this happening to everyone, it probably is for everyone who did not pay for express/expedited service and/or ordered on Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

As you noted, your post sank to page 5 or so. This is due to the large number of threads/posts getting made daily and that it takes 3-5 business days for a reply from the Community Connectors. I don't recall how many CC's there are, but it is less than 20 for all the forums, and they have off-line work/research to do as well as read through posts.

Before posting I try to research everything first or use my own experiences. I do not now nor have I ever worked for Best Buy. I work for the competition.
If you respond to a post of mine, I will read it. I may or may not post in the thread again, but rest assured I will read your response :smileyhappy:

Harsh words, but appreciate. Your words relieved me, it's kind worrying when the item seems to gone missing for more than a week

Actually, I ordered 2 items, 1 of them arrived right after it shipped, while the other is still unable to track even after it had been ahipped more than a week, it's still kinda worried me

Still not getting anything 2 weeks after my order has shipped

This is the second time I post in here for the same issue I have. I ordered 2 items on 11/24/2011 and one of them was shipped on 11/28/2011 through Streamlite. It's been two weeks and the tracking number is still not working. The other one was shipped later by UPS on 12/01/2011 and I got it on the next day right away. I also sent two e-mail to customer service to Bestbuy yet none of them is replied. I am not asking for my item to be delivered right away, but at least let me know what happened to my package.

 

And it is not still in progress like other on the forum, it's already shipped two weeks ago.

 

Appreciated if Bestbuy can help me with the issue.

They can help you with this issue, but per the terms of service agreement, you agreed to when signing up for these forums, you are not allowed to post your order number in public view due to security and privacy reasons, Best Buy can usually look up these orders for you via the email addy you signed up with if thats the same one you ordered with , otherwise they will send you a private message for this personal information.

I see. Will they ignore the post for breaking the rules(Or even worse, deleted)? The forum doesn't seems to have an edit function.

Thank you for replying, apparently I can track my package on USPS as well and it seems that the package will be arriving tomorrow, so I guess the problem is solved unless I still don't het anything by tomorrow
