No response to 5 emails about $2000 order????

I really don't understand I have written 5 emails no response. I take that back there was one "if you want to cancel or modify your order call the 1-800 number". I guess you don't care about customer problems but you sent a survey out about my experience which also fell on deaf ears.

Thanks so much for taking some time to post on the forums about the concern you have been having revolving around your order and how you haven’t heard anything back from anyone about it.  I cannot imagine how upsetting that it would be to have to send five emails without seeing any resolution.

 

It certainly shouldn’t take five emails to get a response and I am sorry that it has been going on this long.  I would certainly like to look into this order for you and see what kind of information I can gather.  I will be sending you a private message with some more details.  To check your private messages, you must be logged into the forums and click the envelope icon in the top right corner.

Ryan just wanted to let you know that there is no customer service. You sent me an email that Sean would be in touch with me and he did once. I replied to his email and wrote another email about what happened to me on 2/10. It is yet to be answered, how would you feel? I can tell you I am totally disgusted and a complete waste of my time. What was the purpose of referring me to someone that did nothing.
