No order confirmation via email, no order number

I pre-ordered the Mass Effect 3 Collectors Edition for the Xbox 360 earlier today, and after the order was placed I didn't receive any confirmation email containing the order number, so I can't check the status of my order. The email I used is the same as I used for this forum account, but I ordered it as a guest. I also ordered it to be store pick up, so I need to know that the order went through to know when to pick it up from the store. Any help would be appreciated.

Same situation as me. So we're not alone, aren't we? I wonder what's going on with their auto-confirmation system... Also worried about my stuff. Good luck and, hope our problems can be solved asap!

Well the email finally came through. I called the 1-800 number earlier today and the automated message said something about technical difficulties with their systems. Hope your situation gets fixed too, good luck!

I'm sorry that your email took so long to arrive, usually it goes much faster than that. I don't know what caused the issue with the system, but I am happy to see that you have been able to get taken care of.
