Hi everybody. Unfortunately this is another complaint from a costumer. The order was placed on december 23 for a Sony laptop which is a gift from an aunt to me. She gave me the tracking number so I could check the status for her. It says on the BB order status that it was shipped via UPS on december 24. By the 26 I checked the status on UPS and it said: Billing information received. To the present day, January 3, the status HASN'T CHANGED! Shouldn't be "in transit" by now? I've sent two emails complaining about this matter with no response. Then, my aunt called BB and they told her that the package would arrive between the 29th of december and the 3rd of January, but they didn't confirm that the package was already sent. You could say that, perhaps, it's late because of the holidays but BB should be prepared for times like these. But, what concerns me the most, is the fact that the order status on UPS hasn't changed at all! According to them, the package hasn't been shipped but BB already charge my aunt's credit card. Perhaps UPS hasn't update the info, I don't know, but after reading all the complaints posted here by other costumers, I'm really concerned that this might end up being a big problem. It's been 12 days since then and I have no clue or no detailed info on what's going on with my laptop and, honestly, all this waiting is kil*ing me.
So, if anybody can help me with this matter it will be highly appreciated and I just hope everything turns out just fine.

So, what do i have to do to get some attention around here? A mod edited my message but wasn't kind enough to reply or help me in any way with my problem. No laptop, no info, no help... Great customer service. Thanks for nothing

I do apologize for the wait. The mods usually take a day or so to reply. Basically you are in a line waiting your turn. Also, you did have your order number attached to this post (I notified them to remove it, we don't want a bunch of strangers accessing your personal info here!!) But, since they do have the number they may be looking into it already. Sometimes if they have access to your info ahead they will look at things internally to see what they can find prior to replying. Your issues are not falling on deaf ears here!! You have definately come to the right place, it just may be a couple days before you hear back! I wish you the best of luck and congrats on the laptop!!

Thanks for your answer AGENTG. Sorry if I was a little rude, but it seems to be the only way to get some attention. There was an update made by UPS today which, I guess, confirms the laptop was shipped but it hasn't arrived yet.

Nah! No biggy!! I'm glad to hear that UPS has at least acknowledged it! Not much longer, hopefully!

Hi Dorothy, thanks for your interest. Right now UPS shows that the package was delivered. I'm just waiting to confirm this information with my aunt who is the receiver and the one who made the purchase. She is at work so I haven't been able to reach her. I'll let you know as soon as possible.

Yes, it's confirmed, the laptop has arrived, it took 2 weeks but better late than never. Thanks to everybody for your assistance.
