I placed my order a week ago and still have yet to recieve a confirmation e-mail. I also do not have my order number because my online recpiet expired. I have been on hold with customer service for a half hour and no one has helped me yet.
How can I find my order number to track my order to see if it will be here in time for Christmas when it said GUARANTEED Christmas delivery?

I was able to pull up your order using your email. I am sending you a private message which you can check by logging into the forums and clicking the envelope in the upper right hand corner.
