Hello,

I purchased the Sony Notebook from BestBuy.com on Black Friday that was $479 with a HSBC card. I had thought at the time there was a promotion for purchases over $299 or $399 that was no interest for 18 months. Looking at my statement now, I realize it is only the standard 90 days no interest. So I guess my questions are was there a 18 month promotion for the product I purchase and do the no interest promotions apply online also? Any questions, please let me know. Thanks

I’ve had the opportunity to look into this situation and it appears that while we did offer an 18-month financing plan in our retail stores between 11/15/2009 and 01/02/2010 for purchases $249 and up, this offer unfortunately was not available online.  Instead, BestBuy.com offered our standard financing plans as explained on the following website:
