I pre-ordered Halo:Reach but did not receive the $20 gift card. I emailed customer service two weeks ago and received the following reply three days later:
...I researched your order and I do not see that the $20 gift card was added to your order. I will forward this to our Promotions Department and they will contact you to give you instructions on how to get the gift card. It can take them about 3-7 business days so please be on the look out for their e-mail.
Well, it's been over seven business days and I haven't heard anything. If someone could shed some light into the darkness (so to speak) I would be very grateful.

I am having the same gift card issue with not recieving mine. I ordered online for in store pickup and they said to check online. Please help me asap as I am getting frustrated a month later.

I also havw\e not recieved my $20 girft card. I preordered Halo Reach online for in store pick up, but have not received the gift card.

I also haven't received my gift card and its been over 12 WEEKS!!!! I emailed customer service 4 times and got no replies. I already called twice. The first time was after 6 weeks and they said it should arrive in 6-8 weeks so i waited. Week 10 I called again, they said they would file a case for me and someone should be contacting me within the next week. And now week 12 and still nothing. It's frustrating, almost like theyre trying to cheat me out of my money. I am about to call for the third time which shouldn't be happening and hopefully I get someone who can actually help me instead of essentially lying to me.

How long did it take from the time you received a PM from Jacob to receive your gift card in the mail?
It has been 3 weeks for me since Jacob informed me that it would go out, and still no card.

I pre-ordered Halo online (Order No.: {Removed per forum guidelines}) and still have not gotten my e-mail for the $10 promo card. I have been trying to call on the phone and was on hold for 30 minutes then I was disconnected. I re-called and waited another 20 minutes and explained my issues and was told I'd be given my $10 promo and an additional 500 Reward Points for my troubles, but once again, the phone call was disconnected. I am getting extremely fustruated at all these problems.
