I pre-ordered this game through best buy.com months ago, recieved it saturday, nov 13th and did not get my pre-order bonus, is it supposed to come in an e-mail? bescause there is no e-mail giving me any instructions or codes in any shape way or form.

I apologize that you did not receive those codes for the DLC in God of War: Ghost of Sparta.  I will be sending you a private message to see how I can help.  I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.  Those codes should have been put in the packaging by the publisher of the game.

I too pre-ordered GOW: Ghost of Sparta from bestbuy.com.  I was informed that it was backordered, and the game arrived about 2 weeks after the game was released.  I did not receive any information containing a DLC code, neither via email or with the package.  I am hoping that a mod would be able to assist me in obtaining the proper DLC code which was supposed to come with the pre-order.  Thanks!
