Ordered some items on 11/29.
Received an email saying items were shipped UPS mailpiece with a link to the UPS page.
UPS page shows the tracking number assigned to the package BUT NO TRACKING INFORMATION.
It says to contact Shipper if there is not tracking information after 3 days.
Have emailed BB Customer Service twice.
First time, received an automated response (with no details of the status whatsoever), second time no response.
Have called BB a few times but not able to get through.
Order placed for Christmas presents.
Regretting placing the orders online. Credit card has already been charged... What now?

In case someone else can also look into this, I sent a private message back to Karina and also received a reshipment notice from BB yesterday (which by the way is not showing any tracking info yet... I'm hoping this is not the same issue all over again...), but the qty I ordered and was charged for on 12/1/10 is 2. I ordered 2 of the same item.
Reshipment notice shows only 1pc. BB "almost" got it right although it doesn't help the fact that it's taking close to a month for the items to arrive after I received the original tracking information for UPSM....

Still waiting on a response...
Order placed on 11/29
Received invalid UPSM tracking number
Finally reached a customer service rep and received a reshipment notice
but for the wrong qty. I ordered 2 and BB charged me for 2 of the same item (as it should be), but reshipment notice only shows 1pc was sent.
With Christmas only 2 days away, I'm thinking that I will not have my complete order in time...
Someone...please help.
