Sorry to have to report this, but there seems to be many, many cracks in the organization, and unfortunately, I keep falling in.
Summary: after 2 weeks of trying, I can't get any satisfaction regarding a new cell phone. I have already wasted 2 trips to your stores, 1 trip to Verizon (to aid you in this purchase), 6 phone calls, and now this, which have all racked up more than 8 hours of my time on a SIMPLE PHONE PURCHASE!
Pls have the Director or VP of Customer Service email me right away with their direct phone number (I can't leave mine on this public forum). Please use the email address on my account.
PS - I've already spoken with Consumer Relations 4 times and even they continue to drop the ball! Shocking!!!

For help today, they may be able to get to you, but on these forums it's a first come-first served basis. For immediate help, you may call 1-888 BEST BUY as that is the direct Customer Service number.

Thanks, Mr.Bguy. Already done that, and escalated to Consumer Relations. First rep promised to overnight the phone and callback by end of shift; did neither. Called the next day, asked for Manager, left vm. Missed her callback. Called her again yesterday, still have not heard back.
Really a disaster!
