I have been trying for over two weeks to get a copy of a receipt that matches my credit card invoice. I got a ticket number and have called three times and no one seems to be able to help. The ticket number is {removed per forum guidelines}. I need help reconciling my statement for my business. This type of service will be a deal breaker for me in the future if I can't get a better response than this.
SOMEONE AT BEST BUY PLEASE RESPOND WITH AN EMAIL!!!!
Thank you.

Hello ChooChooIT,
I am very sorry to read that you’ve been having some difficulties getting a copy of the receipt you need for your statement reconciliation. It shouldn’t be so difficult to get a copy of the receipt to you, and I apologize this has taken so long.
In reviewing the case that you had referenced in your post, and several others, it appeared that several copies of the receipt had been mailed to you, including since you had posted. Have you receive the recent copies? If not, please do let me know and I will be happy to do what I can to ensure a copy of the receipt gets to you.
Sincerely,

Yes, I did get a copy of the receipt in the mail. It was nearly exactly what I could print off the Best Buy webpage, which is not what I needed.
I have to have an exact match of my credit card statement, to match the receipt. What was sent to me does not do that. I am pretty sure the next mail I get from Best Buy will not be what I need either.
It is a shame that whomever is sending me these snail mail invoices just can't call me or send me an email. For a business customer this is a requirment.

Hi again ChooChooIT,
Thanks for clarifying what you were looking for. I am sorry to see that the copies you have received have not met this.
Unfortunately, it is my understanding that we would not be able to provide anything that has a breakdown of the way the charges were done, but rather just a receipt of the purchase as you’ve received. Generally, we would refer to the credit card statement for documentation of how the charges were processed. I apologize if this is not what you were looking for.
Sincerely,
