See if Best Buy was interested in customer service, instead of canceling my order and telling me the item is no longer available, they would have made good on their reponsbility to deliver an item they confirmed available on the phone when I placed the order by offering me to accept a subsitution for the following laptop which has the same specs as the Toshiba I ordered:
But I wasn't inexperienced enough to fall for the bait and switch to a higher priced computer they were offering. Best Buy really doesn't care. They prove that every day with all the complaints they give BS replys to. Buy your stuff at Radio Shack people. They are so much more helpful and have 30 day no questions asked returns. And you can depend on them to make things right when there's a problem without all the crap.
