I am sorry to read that you’ve had some issues using your Best Buy credit card. I am not personally familiar with this particular error, but I’d be happy to provide any information I can regarding this.
My first inclination, if you have not used the account in awhile, is that the account possibly was suspended due to inactivity, but as HSBC holds the accounts, I do not have direct access to determine if this is the case. I have reached out to them on your behalf, using the information you provided in your forum registration to see if they can provide any information on this. As soon as I hear back from them, I will be sure to let you know.

I received a response back from HSBC and I wanted to check in with you regarding this. Unfortunately, using the information I had on hand, they were unable to find an account associated with it. If you could send me a private message using the link in my signature below with the name, phone number and billing address, the account is associated with, this would be helpful in our researching this further with you.
