Purchased the lord of the rings box set from Best buy.com.  I live in Arlington, Va but the package was delivered to California!  I noticed the address on the UPS tracking and called the best buy service line and was told it was an error and would be taken care of.

Please help

1. Yes I was unable to take their calls during work hours.  I called the number back and left a message that confirmed the shipping address, but I haven't heard back yet.  Unforetunately my phone died over the weekend and I'm waiting to receive the replacement.  I can confirm the address via email if they want.
