I ordered Monsters, Inc 3D today and just realized in the order confirmation email sent that it is in Spanish and 2 disc...even though the item that is pictured is the 5 Disc Ultimate Collector's Edition. The SKU is 7418042. I am confused about this since it is the only one listed on the site. Will I be getting what is pictured or am I getting something else? I'm not going to lie I will be more than slightly angry as I used $25 in RZ certificates when ordereing this and as far as I know once they are used I can't get them back.

I just noticed this confusing listing on BestBuy.com myself this morning, and I have already reached out to another team to get some clarification regarding the specifics of this title. I know our ad lists a 5-disc combo pack and the picture listed on BestBuy.com appears to be correct, but the product description is a bit strange. As soon as I have any new information regarding this, I will post back to let you know.

I know you mentioned that you’re concerned about potentially losing the Reward Zone certificates that you used, but if you do end up needing to return this for some reason, the points from those certificates will be added back to your account.

I heard back already, and it turns out that the product description on BestBuy.com is incorrect. You will be receiving the Ultimate Collector’s Edition and it is not in Spanish. Our teams are currently working to correct this on BestBuy.com.
