I bought a DYSON HOT FAN AM04 in BEST BUY, Allen, Texas on 12/10.
As testing in the store, I saw the box sealing tape was cut and the box had been opened before. The staff told me everything was still inside and I was in a rush so we
did not check it thoroughly.
When I got home and tried to set it up, I found the remote control and a round bottom standing plate were missing.
I ever made a call to the store manager discussing this problem and I thought these two parts should still be kept somewhere in their store since the box was
opened before and may be forgotten to put them back.
I don't live in US so maybe my claim is not so important to him, I don't know your customer service policy~
If possible, I still expect to have someone deal with my problem, thanks in advance.

Return it to the store for a refund. Items purchased through a certain date qualify for an extended return, you have otherwise 30 days from the time of your purchase to exchange or return. You'll need your ID to do the exchange.

Thanks for your reply anyway.
But my problem is I don't live in US. I was on my biz trip that time and stopped by the store to buy it.
I can not bring it back to the store for refund. I live in Taiwan, Aisa.
I just think these two missing parts should still be left somewhere in the store and they should be able to check for me.

I'm sorry to hear you don't have the remote and base for your Dyson Hot heater fan. I can imagine this must be very disappointing for you. It may be very difficult to find a resolution if you are already back in Asia, but I would be happy to look into it for you.
