Hello. I made a purchase for four pre-owned PS3 games on 1/12 during the "Buy 2 Get 2 Free" promotion. This is my first time purchasing used games on Bestbuy.com after ordering several new titles during the holiday season.

I received the final part of my order today. Three of the four titles worked perfectly. However, the one titled "Wet" for PS3 (Item #1577752, UPC #799007785316) did not contain the game. There's no disc, just the game manual. This was the only one that had a broken seal in the shrink wrapping.

I e-mailed customer service on 1/19 and never got a response. Can someone here assist me please?

Good luck on that, they mis shipped one of my games it was like pulling teeth to get it resolved. Post on the facebook best buy page.

It sounds pretty crummy to wait all this time for a game only to get an empty box, I'm sorry about that. You say the seal was broken, do you think someone could have swiped it before you received the package? In any case, I want to help you here.
