Hello, I ordered a Lenovo S10-3T on July 22, 2010 with the hopes of taking it with me to school this next semester. When I ordered the product information said it was back ordered and that it would ship within 1 or 2 weeks. I have constantly been checking the status of the order and it still says "In the process of being fulfilled." It has been almost three weeks now and I'm kind of getting worried that Best Buy Is going to make me wait a couple more weeks and then tell me that it won't be shipped for a few more months like I have heard with other customers. I would greatly appreciate if any Best Buy representatives could shed a little light on this topic.

I'm sorry to see that your order on BestBuy.com is on backorder! I have looked into this and found that we do expect to receive more of this product. We're not sure on when exactly that will be at the moment as there is a delay in manufacturing.
If you feel like hanging in there, you're more than welcome to! If you want me to cancel the order or help find a comparable product (although this item is fairly unique), just let me know.

Actually a little while after I saw your reply, I checked the order status of the netbook and it says it has shipped. The UPS tracking number doesn't register with UPS but I'm assuming that's because the order is still in transit or just needs to be updated. So I guess we can call this problem solved.
