If anyone is interested at Best Buy on the email I received this morning asking me for identity imformation about a Best Buy Contact Manager Job please let me know.  It has taken 37 minutes of my time just to get this far.

I received an email this AM about a job at Best Buy with the title Manager Best Buy Connect.  Since I haven't applied for this or any other job at Best Buy, I'm assuming it's BOGUS.  I tried a zillion different ways to alert Best Buy & it's nearly impossible to do.  I thought Best Buy would like to hear about this & alert other people.

I also received an email offering me a position as a gift wrapper.  I don't recall ever applying to Best Buy nor does this person refer to his resources such as Career Builder, etc.  See below.  Does anyone else recognize this name?  The reply email address shown in the detail info is {removed per forum guidelines}

I checked our internal site, and I do not see anyone by that name who is an HR Manager; the format also does not meet our email requirements of bestbuy.com.

I would recommend you do NOT send any personal, indentifying information to that email address.  Thank you for letting us know.
