So frustrated,
Where to begin? Please don't tell me to check my spam filter in my email since bestbuy.com adverstiments/offers come to my inbox without an issue. I've purchased a 50$ itunes card through bestbuy. First, my email address was mispelled incorrectly which was recorrected after a week by customer service online. Everytime I speak with a customer representative on the phone explaining I still haven't received an email for my gift card, they are always explaining please give it 1-5 business days for them to get back to you. Literally this is the fourth time I have spoken with a person who tells me the exact solution "you should hear back or receive an email withing 5 days. Last week as of 2/18 I spoke with a supervisor named Lynette who said they will submit a request to have my money refunded through 1-5 business days. Today is 2/24/2012 and have not received any email notification or call back regarding. I have a case# that is been going on almost two months. Is this the kind of customer support best buy has? The communication or resolution is just terrible. I just don't know what to do anymore. Does anyone know a number I can call to report this or refund my money back? I will probably never purchase anything anymore on bestbuy.com for now on seeing their turn arounds are misleading and an excuse everytime I talk to a representative. Any feedback or support would be great. Just a complete nightmare.

Strange, I got that same error. ![]()
In this section of the forum we're in (Home > Customer Service > BestBuy.Com) it's the first post at the very top of the list. Good luck.

Ok, not strange. It looks like I put a period at the end of the link and that probably messed it up. Sorry! ![]()

Tiggus,
That would be awesome to do, except this was purchsaed through a gift card I was given. It's all in BB hands, otherwise I would speak with my bank to refund me. Does anyone know if there is a feedback or someone higher up that I can speak with? I believe customer relations are for store complaints, but online?

No, i found it under bestbuy.com and like I mentioned before. I have checked my spam filter and BB emails come through without an issue since I added there @domain under my safe senders list. So, giving them another 24hrs I can do again I guess. Otherwise, I'm going to send a private message to Sean-BBY with my order#. Hopefully something gets through. Otherwise, I'm still SOL and waiting nearly two months from BB? I think customers should deserve a compensation for there lack of resolution/communication. Many companies have thier turn arounds within 1-3days when a ticket is open, however this is ridiculous for any customer to wait 1-2 months for an open issue. Don't mean to brag, but I'm so disappointed in BB.

Hi mcomp,
Thanks so much for posting on the forums about everything you have been through trying to get the iTunes Digital Delivery. I am sorry that it has taken this long and I wanted to let you know that I did received your message. I would advise checking that and letting me know if you have any questions.
Thank you again,
