Wow! That is completely ridiculous! Did you call customer service yet? I have the same problem right now I ordered a new computer and paid for express shipping and it hasnt even cleared processing yet! I ordered it 3 days ago. Not only should it have cleared processing but it should have been here today! I hope I dont have to wait 12 days though.
