On sunday night (12AM) to be exact, i purchased a Xbox 360 Bundle right before the deal was over.
Shortly after i was emailed for confirmation, and then in the day i was emailed saying my package was shipped.
(This was on the 25th). The estimated delivery is 26th/27th because of next day shipping.

So all day sunday the item wasn't shipped because UPS don't ship on sunday which is fine. However i expected it would be here Monday (today) but its 7PM at night and no package. They say 26th/27th because one day is for processsing and one day is for shipping. What did they do sunday then?? Anyway, i would be ok with this but even when my package is supposed to arrive tomorrow (27th) the tracking number don't state anything but this!!!

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

Will my package even be here tomorrow like it estimates, or does UPS not even have it yet? Why did pay so much extra for shipping then. Really flusterating.

Until late 26th tracking didn't even work. Now that it does i have this update:

Not only will the shipping services not tell you where your package is but trying to get Best Buy CS to respond to you is like asking the good Lord for a miracle. The only response I got from Best Buy is that "someone will reach out to you soon" and I'm still waiting. Customer Service is starting to sound like one of those "fantasy plots" in movies that you always hear about.

it arrived anyway, Yeah i understand the support is bad though!
