I just checked my tracking number and my package was listed as out for delivery in a city 3 hrs away from me. My e-mail from Best Buy lists my address, but someone along the line must have messed up with the address label or zip code. I contacted the USPS and they filed a report, but I got a phone call telling me there is nothing they can do at this time because of the label error. I tried calling Best Buy customer service to look into the address they shipped to, but the phone system is a complete joke and can't get a CS Rep. The one time I got one that was supposed to transfer me, she seemed to have an attitude by the tone of her voice and transfered me to a dead end where I got a message saying that there is a high volume of calls at this time so my call could not be transfered and I needed to call back again, which didn't work.
