I just recieved confirmation from UPS that my Item has been delivered... to my old address from over year ago.  I re-checked the order to find that the address I typed in was not at all what Best Buy sent it to.

Will I ever get my item or is it lost forever?  I'm really bummed that I won't be able to give this gift on Christmas.

Hi,

I talked to customer service on the phone and they sent me a new item to the correct adsress.  Other than waiting on hold for a long time (which can kind of be expected during the holiday season), a new shipment was sent to the correct address.  Sadly, it still didn't arrive for the holiday, but it worked out anyways because I fashionned up a mock-roku to serve the purpose of what the gift was.
