I ordered laptop for my own use but I have received order comfirmation on the March 24 (same day i ordered) and estimated that it will arrive at the store on march 30th.
Then two days later, I received another email saying the order poickup date has changed to April 1st.
At this point, I am still okay about it, but it's in store pickup.... it's not like i am getting shipped to my house. why does
it take so long? Is it back ordered? then why was it listed on the store site for in store pickup??
Anyways, yesterday was 4/1 and of course, it was delayed again. At least give me an estimate date...
This was my first time for in store experience and I m not liking it so far.... maybe it's last time with BB...

Hello, I just picked up my new samsung computer and I didn't know it
until i researched them and realized that it was the wrong computer.
the color was different and i didn't know cause i was the one who picking up the item.
I opened it and put my info and installation and etc.....
there was around $120 difference and they did gave me better computer.
For now, I am going to listen to the rep here and will call
and return it tomorrow if they want to...
but will they charge me for their fault?? I acutally my dad bought this computer
for my birthday and he bought and told me to pick it up...
It had the same model number such as NP300E5A-A02UB (the wrong item but better) over
NP300E5A-A03US (around 120 dollars cheaper.)

Like Crystal mentioned, you shouldn't be charged to exchange the laptop you received for the correct model. If you experience any difficulties when you return to your local store, however, please do not hestiate to let me know.
