I think I asked for that one as a replacement to the one I tried to order on Cyber Monday, and was told NO, we won't match price or substitute anything.  Go figure.  They would part with a mere 40.00 to make it right.

 thats unbelievable that wasn't my first choice  but one the dy after christmas i would literally click  to add it to cart and it would sell out so fast I had to choose a different one. This one sold out as soon as i purchased it. Luckily it didn't get put on backorder or worse get cancelled.  Have you checked your account> orders  to see if its still in order fulfillment or if they changed status to complete yet ?

No, the one I wanted was backordered again the afternoon of Dec 21st, I called Best buy and after 90 minutes, no supervisor would talk to me, the rep told me they didn't carry it anymore I would never see it, and cancelled the order for me.   So no I got nothing and still have nothing and no one has contacted me as promised.  Later that day people started getting cancellation emails on the laptop I had on order.  Merry Christmas to all, and to all a big fat nothing.

I am now wondering if the money transferred to BBY.. how do u even know if the money is sent to them? If I got an email does that mean they have my money?

If up paid by credit card, usually the company places and authorization on the account, basically a place holder for the money.  When the order actually ships, then the the full charge will hit your account.   I saw this happen 3 times while waiting on the laptop that never came.  It never really got charged to the account, it would just authorize it when it said in process and drop off after a day or two on back order.

  wow I can't believe this why would they even allow someone to order something without having the product first! I guess they place the order for a third party company and the third party company fulifills the order. basicallly how it happened for me , I ordered the laptop immediately  had a confirmation from placing my order then I checked my bank account and the funds was already deducted. I didn't use credit. I've read that if you use credit  they authorize it first and once you have product in hand they recieve a delivery confirmation because you have to sign for it according to UPS  then they officially deduct the funds from your account and I waited for 2 days now finally it's shipping.  I'm sorry I'm not editing these or spell checking lol I'm exhausted. I have a 3 month old son.
