I bought an Iphone at BB during my holidays last August. It has now unfortunatly developped a microphone problem (known issue).
Contacted BB customer service by e-mail and was sent acknowledgement stating I was to be recontacted within 3 working days which has not been the case.
Proof of purchase is available.
Can anybody advise on how to proceed in order to have the phone exchanged under warranty?

That in itself is no problem however BB keeps silent about the procedure.
I was supposed to be contacted within three business days, I am still waiting.....

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your iPhone 4. I understand that you are seeking an exchange or service under the manufactures warranty.
At this point, since you are outside of the USA, I would encourage you to contact Apple, just like Tim advised you when you email our Cross Function Support Specialist.
Unless you purchased a Geek Squad Black Tie Protection Plan, then I would suggest that you read International Coverage to learn how to process an international claim. If you plan to visit the USA within the manufacture warranty, you are more than welcome to visit any Best Buy® store with the receipt.
