Hi. I live outside the US, and I want to order something to be shipped to an US address.

I am using the Texas address for the billing, and my local phone number. However, when I try to proceed with the checkout, it shows a message saying that I need to insert an phone number with the US format (555-555-5555).

What should I do? If I enter a phone number from the US that doesn't match with my credit card information, is it all right?

Yes, i had entered my local phone number but its not valid. It won't let me enter any phone number that is not in the US format.

Anyway, i've asked a friend of mine to order it, and everything is fine.

However, I would like to know the solution, so I can be able to order the products myself in the future.

Sorry to hear you had some trouble setting up an international order. In a situation like so, I would suggest that you use the phone number of the person you are shipping the item too. It is true, that the number requested will be required to be under US format, but its needed to facilitate locating the order for you, in case there are any future question or concerns.

i'm from outside USA, i'm in  bangladesh. i want to place an order online which i want to be shipped to NY. i have international credit cards. i want to know about the payment method for a international user in details. can i use my credit card??? or i have to pay in other method.. your website does not give me full info.. i ll be highly grateful if u plz help me with those info..
