Sorry to see you are still confused about ordering internationally. I be happy to simplify the service for you.
First of all, BestBuy.com accepts the following types of payment methods:
BestBuy.com currently does not accept personal checks or purchase orders.
Now, when placing an international order, they can be shipping to a U.S mailing address. In oder to do so, make sure that you have all the details of the U.S mailing address. In substitution of your international phone number, I would suggest you add the receipts phone number that belongs to the U.S mailing address. Then note that the shipping address and the billing address is different, that is where you would need to use the following address:
10780 Kempwood Dr.
Houston, TX 77043
The rest should be pretty self explanatory, but if you are still not sure what you are doing. Then, I would suggest you call 001-612-292-0995 (updated August 2012) at any time, as they offer online ordering assistance.

I tried placing an international order with the order number Removed per forum terms and conditions and followed the step by step instructions by replacing the billing address and putting in the phone number of the US address where the item will be shipped to. I got an email that my order was cancelled because my information cannot be verified and I have to contact my credit card issuing bank. I called up my bank and they said that there are no problems on my account. So I sent an email to Best Buy customer service but it has been two days and I have not yet received a response.

I appreciate your patience piyeree, after reviewing your order; it seems to be canceled due to our team was not able to verify the delivery information. This means that there was an issue with the US mailing address or we were not able to verify the phone number used in the order, which has to be a valid USA reachable number.

Hi, I live in Mexico and I have the same "Please enter a valid phone number in this format: 555-555-5555" problem. In my case I want to place a PICK UP ORDER so, how can I do that?? And another topic, can I use a Visa debit card to do so??? thanks

I used that Houston address but even so I had my order was cancelled due to "unverifiable information". My order was supposed to be picked up at store.
Worst thing is that now one of the itens of my order went up US$150. I am not happy at all.

Karina! (or anyone who may concern)
Please explain if there's a way to put a successfull order without having a direct US phone number?
I also put an order and a several hours later it was cancelled on reason of unability to reach me via phone.
I recalled via Skype (cause i'm a very oversea customer) and the Operator told me that it's ok for me to replace the order by phone at that moment.
But I was still waiting for the money refund so I thought to it later.
Now i'm not sure if my call will be intime before the cancellation next time i put the order also without US phone.
Please wxplain how to do it properly in that case. (i don't have a US phone, but i can immidiately call You back after my order recieves the number).
P.S. i hope the refund procedure started automatically, didn't it? or i had to do something more and not just wait for 5..6 banking days?
