I ordered a SeaGate 750GB USB drive on Friday, 11/25/2011. I received a pickup email within an hour. I stopped by yesterday (11/28/2011) at the East Hanover, NJ store to pick it up. So, after waiting 20 minutes in line no one can find the drive. There are none in the back and none on the floor. So, it seems BB can take an order, they just can't fulfill an order (like I see on many other posts). After wasting another 25 minutes with 4 different people including a couple of managers they agreed to get it shipped from BB online. The problem was at this point I had to run out to pick up my daughter from school. I tried several times to call yesterday with no luck. I spoke to a manager this morning that was supposed to call me back after he fixed the issue. He said he would call in an hour and now has been 3. I called back, but he was "busy."
Best Buy is raving about their great Black Friday all over the news, but to me, this whole thing has been a mess. I guess I may save some money if I ever get the drive, but I've wasted 90 minutes of my life in the process.

Hello RCS1-
Allan from our Social Media team, will be reaching out to you regarding your concern. Thank you for your continued patience!

My patience is mostly a result of not having any choices.
After repeated attempts to reach them yesterday the manager said the only thing they can do is having the drive shipped to them from another store and then ship it to me. Why they can't have it shipped from the warehouse or from the other store directly still confounds me.

Hi RCS1,
I didn’t like hearing that you felt that you had not choice other than to wait for this 750GB External Hard Drive, and I can certainly understand you being upset that this wasn’t available for pickup in your local store when it should have been.
It sounds like the store is having one transferred to their store in order to fulfill this order, and unfortunately this does require a certain amount of time. I can completely understand you wondering why they can’t just ship this hard drive from the other store directly to your home. If you have any specific requests for me post back to this thread.
Thanks for posting,

The point is that it shouldn't have taken any time to fulfill the order. If you send a fulfillment email, the product should be waiting for me. In the end I wasted 3 hours above and beyond the expectation and almost a week to get the product in my hand.
