Since leaving Best Buy during the restructure, I only shop via BestBuy.com. Something about wandering around a best buy store gives me no pleasure. Every in-store pickup I have placed in the last two months is getting slower and slower. Today it has been an hour and a half...still no confirmation email as to whether my product is pick or no pick. I got the original email telling me to wait 45 minutes. I am waiting to run errands until this is ready because I do not wish to make two trips. As a former employee I know how frustrating it was for people to not wait for a confirmation email and then the product is not available.
If the GM is available when I go in to pick it up...I will address him personally because I have worked for him in the past. But this has become ridiculous. Last order I had to wait 2 hours and it took them three tries to get my entire order. Pretty sad....
