In store pickup-Don't assume your product will be there

I purchased a 46in hdtv bluray combo and chose in store pickup.  I received email that my order was ready to be picked up.  I arranged to have someone help me as my car was to small and when I arrived went to in store pick up counter who told me they would bring the order up.  After 20 minutes and no items I asked what was the problem and they said they couldn' t find my tv and were going to look again.  I ended up waiting a hour and finally they say no tv.  I asked if they could ship it to me from another store and they said sure for $70.00.  I purchased from BB even though I hear bad stories.  Never again.  Fool me once shame on you:  Fool me twice, shame on me.

Re: In store pickup-Don't assume your product will be there

Hey Stu333,

The purchase of a new TV is by no means a small investment, so I can imagine how disappointed you must have felt when you discovered that the TV you ordered online was not available at your local store.  Although I do not know why you would have received an e-mail confirmation if the product was not readily on hand, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered.

If you are still in need of assistance, I would invite you to send me a private message.  You can send me a private message by first signing into the forums and then clicking on either my signature below or the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
