I have placed a online order over 3 months ago pro a product (SKU # 9426908). The estimated arrival date was only about a week away. I used a Reward Zone Certificate and online code I got from Portal 2 Promotion. I have waited for over 3 months. I can't cancel without loosing my Reward Zone Certificate and additional $10.00 Promo. How much longer do I have to wait. I have called and asked if I can switch for another product of same retail value but was told no. Thank you for your help.

Movies are notorious for being back order due to the fact that sometimes they are shipped from a third party vendor on behalf of Best Buy. If its something you really really wanted, I would suggest going to the store for it and cancelling your order. If you explain to the employees at the help desk, and it was a special price you paid, they may be able to accomodate you for such the long wait. I can't guarantee this but it certainly does not hurt to try
