As an international customer it is somehow nearly impossible to get in contact with Best Buy - if however you spend a lot of money on expensive phone calls!!! Only in US you can call for free!!! So if I try to reach you for simple matters like an order confirmation or invoice - THAT YOU STILL HAVEN'T SEND ME - then I can spend hours calling you.
I just tried this 5 minutes ago - and the person I reach wasn't capable of redirecting my call to the right person! I now spend nearly as much in phone bills as the product I bought from Best Buy!!
How diffecult would it be to have an E-Mail address - or do Best Buy still work with an outdated system from the 1980'?

How do I cancel the smartphone insurance I took when I purchased my phones at Best Buy? I can't find any reference to this on any Best Buy associated web site.

Ha Ha after calling 4 times and being transfer to the wrong department, out of sheer determination I tried one more time only to be screamed at and then hung up on!!! I just want to talk to a manager is that so hard? ! Do they exsist?

There are various ways to contact their Social Media team, such as their facebook team email address. However, since you are already on this forum, you don't need to send an email -- it goes to the same team either way. Describe your issue here and a Community Connector will be able to assist you.

I ordered 3 TV's and got an order no. {removed per forum guidelines}, but I never received an order confirmation nor an invoice which I need for the bookkeeping!

Regarding your receipts, I would recommend logging on to your BestBuy.com account and view your purchase history. You should be able to print receipts/invoices for all your purchases made under that account.
