I received an email about a special event occuring on 7/24/2011. It provided a link to see which stores are participating. The link sends you to a best buy page that has no content. I attempted to call customer service. They told me they do not have a list of stores that are participating and that I'd need to call EACH STORE in my area and ask them personally. Really??!!!! Customer service doesn't have this information?!!!
Maybe HHGREGG will "help" to get Best Buy's @ss in gear.
