I placed an order for INK for our printers on Nov 27th.
Showed "in stock" and shipment 0 -1 days.
I have called numerous times... the system won't let me cancel the order...customer service is unable to cancel the order.
Stated would arrive by the 5th.
Its the 6th and the order has not even shipped.
TERRIBLE customer service.
Does anyone else know a way to handle this situation with BEST BUY?

Thought I would change the subject line, since my other post has not received any attention.
I ordered INK for our printers on Nov 27th with "in stock" ship 0 - 1 days.
I am unable to cancel the order, so my monies are tied up.
In the meantime, I am out of color ink and my printer won't print.
I have called customer service three times. Customer service unable to cancel shipment. They told me I would have it by the 5th.
I have emailed and received one reply now stating I "may" receive it by the 12th.
Bestbuy, please respond.

Over two weeks and still have not received order. No call from "Sean"
Already ordered ink from another supplier and received it the 2nd day.

I did have a chance to look into your order by using the email address that you registered on the forums with and it looks like it has since shipped. Hello "Sean",
Yes, it shows shipped, but when you go to the tracking information....nothing shows up for the first four items I ordered.
Actually the HP ink was extra ink, and it shipped....still doesn't show when to expect it, but there is some type of history on that item.
Sooooo, still no ink and no idea of when it will be received.
I did receive an email....just no tracking history.
This is really unbelievable.

Thought I would bring others up to date of this order.
Ordered 5 items in stock on Nov 27th with 0 - 1 day shipping and was "in stock"
Received HP ink (1 item) on Dec 9th.
Received Kodak ink (2 items) on Dec 17th today.
Two HP Flash Drives delivered to wrong address yesterday...so still don't have those.
I have contacted customer service via phone, posted here on the forums, wrote private emails to moderators, and even tweeted Brian Dunn; CEO.
No offer to make this right and don't have a clue when I will receive the flash drives.
I am going to share this publicly, because other consumers need to be made aware!

As a business owner, I think its important to provide this forum with all updates including satisfaction of my current on-line order shipments experience.
The two flash drives that were shipped to the wrong addres are being replaced and with expedited shipping at no charge.
Best buy is making this right with me.
For all the other online orders, I hope and pray that the lil elves deliver your purchases promptly and in time for the holiday gift exchange.
