I have contacted Best Buy several times through the phone and email over a problem with an order I placed on 12/2. I ordered multiple computer components to build a new more powerful PC, I charged everything to my Best Buy card and everything was charged and shipped except one power supply. I was puzzled why it didn't do through, I had read a review of someone buying the exact same power supply a few weeks earlier not getting a tracking number even though it was in his hands and it showed online it has yet to ship, so I thought that was happening to me. But then everything else came in and yet no power supply. I called up trying to see what was wrong, they said it was a "delinquent account" that's why it didn't go through, well if that's so why did everything else go through then? They didn't know. I would think if an account is delinquent you don't allow the whole order through. But whatever, they wanted a payment to the account since it was a week away when I originally ordered it, and I made it a couple days before it was due, not sure why they doubted me since I have yet to miss a monthly payment since I first got the card 2 years ago. So the power supply was supposed to ship between the 10th and 17th, it is now the 20th and still no email saying it's shipped or tracking number online. I fear I am not going to have this before Christmas. I don't know how things got so messed up and the process just freezes up like it has. I would call in but I have been hung up on once and transferred to 4 people before being sent back to the automated system because they can't understand what's wrong.

I'm so sorry to hear about the delay in your order! I wanted to let you know that I have made a new order using UPS Next Day Air for the power supply. It is my hope that it ships and arrives by Christmas, but we're cutting it real close.
I'll look into what happened with the original order.
