I'm never going to buy from this site again in my whole life, supposedly the confirmation email would arrive within 15 minutes yesterday and it's been 10 or 12 hours since then, nothing yet. AND my money is in pending status, if you are not going to deliver my request please I want to cancel the transference. I pay for quick service, not this joke.

I am sorry about the delays with your order; your experience did not sound all too pleasant. I am glad to see that your order started processing, but I wanted to clarify a few things for future reference.

Orders placed online can take up to 24 hours to process. I am not 100% sure about this, but the fact that you were placing the order after business hours could be factors that led to the delay. Once our systems were able to start processing in the morning, the order went though normally.
