Wow, 8 days to communicate for FRAUD, Best Buy is really concerned, LOL, by now you have lost everything you own-makes be feel warm & fuzzy about going back to Best Buy! Naught!

You asked for a phone number or email and 16 minutes after you posted, I gave you a phone number to contact.  The phone number is to get in touch with people instantly.  This forum is a slower means of communication.  You can choose which venue to use, but don't complain that you didn't get Ferrari speeds when you choose to use a Toyota.
