I haven't got a receipt and the codes delivered to my e-mail, but the order status is completed. My order number is {removed per forum guidelines}.
Please help as I'm an International customer and I can't do a phone call.

I appreciate you taking some time to contact us about not seeing your iTunes digital download arrive in your email yet. I’d be anxious myself if I was expecting the code to show up, yet I hadn’t seen anything in a few days.
Generally speaking, the codes should get to you within a day or so, however I am sorry that it has taken this long. I did notice that you sent us an email through Twitter on Sunday and I did reply to that. I would recommend checking your email, in which I was just able to resend the email. If you haven’t seen the codes by now, please let me know by either sending me a private message or sending me an email.
