When i try to sign in with my email to my account, every password it might have been fails. Ok, so maybe I forgot, but when I click on forgot password, I get a no email address on file message. If I try to create an account with the email address, it tells that if there is not already an account with that email address, I'll get an email to complete the process. However no email ever comes (not in spam either). I seem to be stuck in some endless loop of not wanting me to get into my account or start a new one. If I want to use this particular email address, how can I get it resolved?

Thanks for posting and I apologize that BestBuy.com has been sending you in a loop about trying to get your account back. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to not get the password reset when you selected that option and checked all your folders.
Using the email address that you registered with the forums, I did manually send a password reset. If you don’t see it come into your email soon, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link my signature. We can try to look into it alternatively if not.

Thanks for letting us know that you are seeing the same issue that arnieappa has been seeing. Similarly, I did locate your account by using the email address you registered on the forums and I reset the password manually. If you don’t see the reset email come in, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature.

I am also havng the same problem. I tried all the emails that i have and the passwords too but It says that i am not registered with best buy. Help??
