I Brought a phone upgrade from best buy.com on may 1st and express shipping....express is 1 day for processing and 1 day for shipping so now it still says that its still "in process" which makes me expect not to receive it today so if I don't receive it why would I have paid express prices for expedition shipping?

Shipping from UPS/Fedex/USPS will be express.

Processing from BBY will be whenever they get around to it.

But you will get express shipping.

Hi djblyss,

Thanks so much for posting and I apologize that it’s been past the expected time frame to receive the phone that you ordered.  Under most circumstances, orders usually process in about one days’ time, however I was able to find your order using the email address that you registered with our forums and it looks like it is taking longer to process.

It should hopefully ship by Monday and it should notify you via email once it was shipped.  The express shipping would only affect the shipping time frame and unfortunate doesn’t expedite the processing.  If you don’t see any email on Monday about the shipment, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature.
