I pre-ordered Hunted: The Demon's Forge in December of 2010.  It was supposed to come with the Griffin pack.  The card with the code is not inside the game in the front cover.  I have looked though all of the materials with the game and it was not included.  Will you please send me the Griffin Pack code because it was not included with the game that was shipped to me.
