I bought a laptop from Best Buy. And I recieved a Serial Nbr for Kaspersky AV Box. Could you show me how to activate this kaspersky program pls?

Dear Best Buy, Actually, Im in Vietnam now, I think that I left the Kaspersky box in US, cox I didnt notice about the Kaspersky box until I know that I had purchased for Kaspersky on the receipt ... And I have problem to active the Microsoft Office 2010 too, I dont have any product key for Microsoft Office 2010.? So could you help me pls? We don’t have the ability to troubleshoot account activation issues online or by e-mail, so you would need to contact our subscription software team at 1-888-BEST-BUY (1-888-237-8289) if your copy of Kaspersky Antivirus was pre-installed on your laptop or installed by an in-store Geek Squad agent.  If you purchased your copy of the program as a stand-along item, however, we would not be able to assist you – the information required to activate the program would have been included in the box you received at the time of sale.  The product key for your copy of Microsoft Office would also have been included in your laptop’s user guide.
