I made an order for Christmas. You sent the wrong thing. I called and got the run around, and they said that they'd send a pick-up order and label to have it returned. 6 days later, no order or label. I e-mailed, no reply. A few (5-6) days later, I e-mailed again, no reply. A few more days later, I e-mailed again. Eurika!... an automated reply! I'll get an answer "within one business day"... it's been 5 with NO reply!
This is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! I will NEVER order again! I just want this wrong DVD returned and to get my money back so I can get the right one for the poor person WHO NEVER GOT THEIR GIFT!!!!!

Thanks for visiting our forum. I am sorry to hear about your troubles with the order you have placed. I have learned that a new order was created for the correct item and the promotional price for you. A request was also created for you to receive a return label.
Also, with your new shipment there should be a return label inside (one was supposed to be in your first order too) so you can use to return the wrong product. Please feel free to let me know if there is anything I can help you with.
