So I ordered a Bush TV Stand on April 14...still not here. No updates as to what was happening with it or where it was. I kept checking and got tired of waiting and tried to cancel the order several times. I was told that I would receive an email confirming my cancelation...it never came. I called back and was told some kind of stuff like the manufacturer wouldn't allow them to cancel the order but they would cancel the order and I would be notified. Guess what? I have not been notified and the order status still says the same thing it said from day one: at "warehouse in process of shipping". I called again this weekend to see what was up and the guy was surprised at the delay. Made a note and said if I don't hear anything by Wednesday, try again. It's Wednesday.
What do I have to do???

Thanks for the reply, Crystal. Yeah, I've called. And called. Been told that they can't cancel it once it's been released to shipping. But you would think that if it was released to shipping over a month and a half ago...when I first tried to cancel...I would have had it by now. Makes no sense.
At this point, I really don't expect anyone to come up with a solution. I dont think they have one...they seemed as perplexed as I was.

Although our phone support reps may not be able to cancel your order, it may still be possible to cancel it depending on where your order is in the shipping process.
