Purchased an Itunes $25.00 card last Tuesday- 3/20/2012. Have never received it. Called and was told that it would be sent soon. When it did not arrive that next day, this is a digital delivery, I sent an email that was automatically acknowledged electronically by Best Buy. Yet, I still have not received the Itunes code. And no one from Best Buy has responded to the messages sent last week. How does one get something that was purchased from Bestbuy.com??

It’s been my experience that orders for digital content (including iTunes codes) are typically fulfilled in under an hour. From time to time, however, outside factors may delay delivery. Such factors may include automatic spam filtering, overloaded mail servers, and hardware-related issues. Still, I can imagine how anxious you must feel to receive your iTunes code!
I was able to locate your account using the e-mail address you used to register for the forum and have sent you some information. Please make sure to check your private messages by signing into the forum and then clicking on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
