Ordered TurboTax via the web site on Saturday. Received an email that the download was ready. Installed the PC App and the download never showed up. Nearly twenty phone calls to Best Buy, countless disconnects, call volumes too high and hang ups the issue remains unresolved. I have yet to receive what I have paid for.
On hold again at this moment. All agents are busy blah blah blah.
You would think with the poor surveys and calls to actual personnel that have yet to even try to resolve the issue BestBuy would initiate a call back from someone that had a clue.
No such luck.
Poor service and you have lost a customer and I suspect I am not the first or the last. Fry's or NewEgg from now on

I would appreciate any assistance as I truly have yet to receive any. Yes, tax time and no luck. Ordered on Saturday and now it is Thursday with no download yet. Numeroous calls and emails to no avail. I think that says enough...

I have the same issue as this one, which I posted earlier today. I didn't mention that the purchase I made was Turbo Tax software as well. I am still not able to even log into the PC App server. From the other posts, this may be just the beginning of my problems.

Eight days and counting. Not one call, no PM or email for assistance. Frankly, I do not understand how Best Buy stays in business with this deplorable level of service and poor customer satisfaction. Possible for a person at Best Buy to call me with a simple message indicating that they have my download, that I paid for eight days ago, ready to be downloaded???

Dispute Charges with credit card and go to turbo tax website.

Best Buy has the responsibility and obligation to fulfill this order. I do not plan to release them of this obligation as that would be eliminating this issue for them without any effort to resolve on their part.
Next steps will be a complaint with the BBB online

10 days and counting without any attempt from BestBuy to resolve this issue. Very sad

After 12 days Best Buy has resolved the issue and the download showed up in the PC apps. Thank you Brendan for your tenacity in getting this resolved
