I purchased something on BestBuy.com with my BestBuyHSBC credit card last Tuesday, and the order somehow never went through to BestBuy.com. After 90+ minutes on hold and being transferred from one department to another, I finally decided to just cancel my order rather than follow up on its status. Unfortunately, despite it being MY credit card, I couldn't cancel the order. They wouldn't let me. I have now spent over 10 hours (since last Wednesday) on the phone with BestBuy.com and BestBuyHSBC credit card services. I'm so unbelievably disgusted. I have been a loyal, silver premier shopper at Best Buy for years -- Best Buy is really the only store I felt loyalty too. And now I'm beginning to seriously regret ever getting their credit card or doing online shopping. I'm thinking it may be time for a change and perhaps time to report HSBC and/or Best Buy for fraud if this credit card situation doesn't get sorted out...and FAST.

im right there with you. garbage customer service. i called and was hung up on 4 times without even being able to say a word to the person. I finally went to the store and the customer service was just as bad. plus they didnt have the product i needed.
