yes.. I can't see it!! I don't received paper mail. I though paperless was good thing.

I don't fully read statement  every month, I just make sure pay before due day.

I know if I don't pay off beofore promotion the interest rate will go very high, but not deferred charge~~

The deferred interest information is located in the store, on best buy.com, on all promotions, on your digital pdf statements that are available, the terms and conditions you signed and received when you got the card, and the online terms and conditions.

Ignorance of a policy does not exclude you from it, since you agreed to the policy when you signed up for the card and made a purchase using the financing offer.

... and this is partially why we have the housing crisis. People not reading what they're signing. 

 

Really, everyone, please do yourself a favor and ensure you read the contract you're signing and agreeing to. That one signature might just happen to cost you a heck of a lot more than you expected if you didn't look at the fine print...
